Individual Psychotherapy

This is the core of the practice—the deep, quiet labor of individuation. We work to understand the "architecture" of your life. We don't just treat your symptoms; we treat them as messengers telling us where you have fallen out of alignment with your true self.

  • Healing after an Abusive Relationship: For those emerging from high-conflict or narcissistic environments, we do the work of recalibrating your internal compass.
  • Neuro-Affirming Integration: Less masking—more truth and sustainability.
  • Creative Blocks for Asian Americans: Cultural expectations, family dynamics, identity and expression.
  • Faith & Deconstruction: Integrated upon request—no pressure to “land” anywhere.

Couples Therapy

We treat the relationship as a shared creative project and break the cycles that keep you stuck.

Seasonal Groups

Time-bound gatherings focused on specific themes (unmasking, deconstruction, identity work).

Step 1: Book a free 15-minute consult. We’ll clarify what you need and confirm fit.

Step 2: Complete intake paperwork via the secure portal.

Step 3: Begin weekly or bi-weekly sessions (depending on your season and goals).

This is therapy that prioritizes alignment over performance. We work at the level of patterns, identity, and nervous system— not just symptom management.

  • Direct + warm: clarity without shame.
  • Neuro-affirming: less masking, more truth.
  • Culture-aware: especially for AAPI / Filipino-American identity and family dynamics.
  • Faith optional: integrated only if you want it.

Use the contact form and we’ll get back to you soon.

  • Individual: $200 / session
  • Couples: $250 / session
  • Payment: Private pay (no insurance)
  • Cancellation: 48-hour notice required; otherwise $150 fee

If cost is a barrier, ask about limited sliding-scale openings.

No. Faith is optional and only integrated if you request it. We can also hold space for church hurt, deconstruction, or faith-based identity questions without pressure to “land” anywhere.
