Do you take insurance?

Helen currently accepts Cigna. For other plans, PPO out-of-network benefits may reimburse part of the cost of therapy; use the calculator above to check, or ask your insurer directly. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Where are sessions held?

Helen's office is located in Arcadia, California, in the San Gabriel Valley near Pasadena and Los Angeles. In-person sessions are held at the Arcadia office; online sessions are available anywhere in California.

I don’t live near Arcadia — can I still work with you?

Yes! If coming to the office is hard for you, Helen can also meet with you online anywhere in California. Helen's office is in Arcadia, California. That's close to Pasadena, the San Gabriel Valley, and Los Angeles. Helen is a mental health therapist and an Asian therapist.

How do I begin?

Start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you here, fees, availability, and whether working together makes sense.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is a receipt of service you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Superbills are provided on request for self-pay clients.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available on a case-by-case basis. Ask during your consultation.
