I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and group sessions for a range of concerns including PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, creative blocks, narcissistic abuse recovery, and relational challenges. Beyond therapy, I provide supplemental resources such as newsletters, podcasts, YouTube content, and community spaces to support ongoing growth between sessions.

How long is a typical session?

How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled online through the website or by contacting the office via email (info@sincerepractice.com) during business hours (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Do you accept insurance or offer sliding scale options?
Insurance coverage varies. I take Cigna, Aetna, United Health Care/Optum. Please contact the office directly to discuss your insurance, payment options, and sliding scale availability.

All therapy sessions are confidential, in accordance with state and federal regulations. Information is only shared with your consent or in situations required by law, such as imminent risk of harm.

How long does therapy typically last?
Therapy duration varies based on individual goals and needs. Some clients benefit from short-term work, while others engage in longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns and support sustained growth.

Can I work with you if I live outside your area?
I am licensed to practice in California. If you live in California and have a California address, we can connect through Telehealth therapy services. Additionally, I offer in-person sessions at my office located in Los Feliz.
