For fellow clinicians

Cultural competency consultation.

One-on-one clinical consultation for therapists sharpening the intersection of cultural humility and trauma-informed care — so culture isn't a footnote to the trauma work, and trauma isn't treated apart from the culture it happened inside of.

This might be for you if…

Culture keeps getting flattened in the trauma work.

You can name the trauma response, but something feels off when family, faith, or cultural context gets treated as background noise instead of part of the clinical picture.

You want cultural humility that's actually clinical.

Not a single training module, but an ongoing practice of asking better questions, catching your own assumptions, and staying curious instead of certain.

You're holding a hard case at that intersection.

A client whose trauma, family loyalty, and cultural or religious identity are tangled together, and the usual frameworks feel too blunt for it.

The practical details.

Consultation is $150 per session, offered as a single session or as an ongoing monthly arrangement, in 50-minute calls, in person in Arcadia or via video. This is professional consultation between clinicians, not therapy or supervision hours.

Share a bit about your practice and the case or pattern you're working through by emailing info@sincerepractice.com, and we'll set up a call to see if it's a fit.

Cultural humility isn't a lens you add on top of trauma work. It's part of how you see it clearly.
